7.) WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK?
We try our best to keep all items in stock; however, occasionally we may run out of a particular item due to high demand. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will keep your order on file and ship it as the product becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until the day it ships. If one of your items is backordered you will not be charged additional shipping, the shipping charges are calculated based on your original order. Should you wish to inquire about an order already placed, please call Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm and Saturday between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.
