We will gladly refund your order for the full purchase price of any returned merchandise (less shipping fees) in the event that you are unsatisfied. Please call us within 30 days of purchase at 1-888-506-2345 Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm and Saturday between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST for a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. All returned merchandise must be in undamaged original packaging.
